Every managed engagement begins with a full environment audit, security baseline implementation, backup validation, monitoring setup, user policy rollout, and SLA configuration. Onboarding is included in your plan — there's no separate setup fee for standard environments.
Your per-user rate stays the same within your plan tier. As you add users, your total monthly cost increases proportionally — no penalty pricing for growth. For larger teams (100+ users), we offer volume discounts that we'll discuss during your consultation.
